Health and Wellness initiatives within the Schools Division Office ensure that teachers and non-teaching personnel are supported physically, mentally, and emotionally to perform their roles effectively. This pillar focuses on implementing programs and interventions that promote occupational safety, work–life balance, and overall well-being in accordance with Civil Service Commission guidelines and DepEd policies. Through health assessments, wellness activities, stress management support, and responsive health services, the Division fosters a positive and nurturing work environment. By prioritizing employee well-being, Health and Wellness strengthens workforce resilience, enhances productivity, and contributes to the sustained delivery of quality basic education.
