PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Performance Management Team (PMT) plays an important role in fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the organization. By implementing effective performance strategies and support systems, the team ensures that employees are equipped to achieve their full potential while contributing to overall organizational success.

Our Story
We are the Performance Management Team (PMT), and our mission is simple: to help individuals and teams perform at their best while ensuring that their efforts contribute to the overall success of the organization. Our role goes beyond just assessing performance—we set clear standards, track progress, and provide constructive feedback to support growth and development.

At the end of the day, our goal is to make performance management not just a process, but a tool for success—both for individuals and the organization as a whole.

Meet The Team

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT TEAM
Term of Reference
The PMT shall have the following duties as prescribed under the approved and functional Results Based Performance Management System/ Strategic Performance Management (SPMS), to wit:
​
a) Set consultation meeting of all Heads of Offices for the purpose of discussing the targets set in the office performance commitment and rating form.
b) Ensure the Office performance targets and measures, as well as the budget are aligned with those of the agency and that work distribution of Offices/units is rationalized.
c) Recommend approval of the office performance commitment and rating to the Head agency.
d) Act as appeals body and final arbiter for the performance management issues of the agency.
e) Identify potential top performers and provide inputs to the PRAISE Committee for grant of awards and incentives
f) Adopt its own internal issues, procedures and strategies in carrying out the above responsibilities including schedule of meetings and deliberations and delegations of authority to representatives in case of absence of its members.
In addition, the PMT shall also perform the following functions as recommended by its Members:

a) Serve as an ad-hoc group reviews of performance management programs to ensure fairness and eliminate all possible forms of discrimination (i.e., gender, age, race, sexual preference, physical or mental disability, marital status, religion, political opinion, national extraction, or social origin);
b) Facilitate performance reviews;
c) Analyze data given for further evaluation and recommends possible training;
d) Review any/ or revise performance management monitoring tool; and
e) Formulates customized criteria, guidelines, and tools for setting performance standards.
The PMT Secretariat shall:
​
a) Prepare notices and agenda for convening for screening/ deliberations/meetings of the PMT; and
b) Document and maintain database of PMT deliberations; including pertinent records and travel documents.
Alternate members shall act in the absence of the PMT Lead Members and shall perform the specific functions attached hereto.
