Employee Welfare initiatives within the Schools Division Office aim to protect the rights, interests, and overall well-being of all teaching and non-teaching personnel. This pillar focuses on providing responsive support systems, benefits administration, grievance mechanisms, and employee assistance services in accordance with Civil Service Commission rules and DepEd policies. By addressing employee needs, promoting equitable access to welfare programs, and ensuring a safe and respectful workplace, the Division fosters a culture of care and inclusivity. Strengthening employee welfare enhances morale, improves job satisfaction, and contributes to a motivated and empowered workforce committed to delivering quality basic education.
