We are the Learning and Development (L&D) Team, and our mission is to cultivate continuous growth by providing meaningful learning opportunities that strengthen skills, expand knowledge, and empower personnel to excel in their roles. Our function extends beyond conducting training we build pathways for professional development, support capacity-building initiatives, and nurture a culture of lifelong learning.
