Talent Sourcing within the Recruitment, Selection, and Placement (RSP) system ensures that the Schools Division Office identifies and engages a diverse pool of qualified and competent candidates in line with the principles of merit, fitness, and fairness. In this stage, the RSP Team proactively reaches out to potential applicants, promotes vacant positions transparently, and employs strategic sourcing approaches aligned with Civil Service Commission (CSC) guidelines and DepEd Order No. 19, s. 2022. By expanding recruitment channels, enhancing community and institutional partnerships, and ensuring inclusive access to opportunities, Talent Sourcing builds a strong pipeline of individuals prepared to meet the workforce needs of schools and offices. This pillar reinforces the RSP mandate of securing the best-fit talents who can uphold DepEd’s mission and deliver quality educational services.
