Talent Selection and Placement under the Recruitment, Selection, and Placement (RSP) system ensures that qualified, competent, and mission-driven individuals are appointed to positions where they can contribute most effectively to the Department’s mandate of delivering quality basic education. In this stage, the RSP Team implements transparent, merit-based, and competency-aligned selection processes in accordance with Civil Service rules and DepEd Order No. 19, s. 2022. By carefully matching the right talent to the right roles, and ensuring proper placement across schools and offices, this pillar strengthens organizational capacity, supports employee engagement and development, and enhances the overall efficiency and effectiveness of educational service delivery.
